据央视新闻，4月14日消息，广东省深圳市中级人民法院对深圳市人民检察院提起公诉的被告单位恒大集团有限公司非法吸收公众存款、集资诈骗、违法发放贷款、欺诈发行证券、违规披露重要信息、单位行贿，被告单位恒大地产集团有限公司欺诈发行证券，被告人许家印非法吸收公众存款、集资诈骗、违法发放贷款、违法运用资金、欺诈发行证券、违规披露重要信息、职务侵占、单位行贿一案进行了公开开庭审理。

在庭审中，法庭主持控辩双方围绕指控的事实进行了法庭调查及法庭辩论，被告单位、许家印进行了最后陈述。许家印当庭表示认罪悔罪。法庭将择期宣判。部分人大代表、政协委员，被告人亲属，集资参与人代表等旁听了庭审。

公开信息显示，2023年9月28日晚间，中国恒大披露，公司接到有关部门通知，公司执行董事及董事会主席许家印因涉嫌违法犯罪，已被依法采取强制措施。

2025年3月8日，最高人民检察院检察长应勇在十四届全国人大三次会议上作工作报告，首次披露广东、北京等地检察机关已对“恒大系”42名涉案人员审查起诉；同年3月9日，最高人民检察院检委会委员、普通犯罪检察厅厅长侯亚辉介绍说，最高人民检察院持续加强对“恒大系”等重大敏感案件的指导，指导广东检察机关对42人审查起诉。据媒体分析，42人中可能包括恒大创始人许家印、许家印的二儿子许腾鹤、前行政总裁夏海钧、前首席财务官潘大荣、恒大财富总经理杜亮、恒大汽车总裁刘永灼等。

从公司层面来看，2025年8月25日，中国恒大正式退市。而自恒大集团爆发系统性债务危机以来，公司旗下多家公司陆续进入破产程序，覆盖地产、汽车、文旅、农业、医疗等全业务板块。

其中在地产板块，2025年9月，恒大地产集团广东房地产开发有限公司、珠三角房地产开发有限公司、粤东有限公司即被广州中院裁定实质合并破产清算；2025年12月，恒大地产集团深圳有限公司也被深圳市中级人民法院正式裁定破产清算。
