涪陵区应急局通报

据极目新闻报道，13日下午，涪陵区水利局相关负责人告诉记者，此次发生事故的电站需要引水到一个前池，水流再通过压力管道输送到电站的发电机发电。12日，在引水过程中，压力管道发生了迸裂，将人冲走导致伤亡，“近段时间正在下雨，有可能是地质原因导致，所以还需要确定具体事故原因，电站已经停工停产，有关部门正在处置当中。”

记者注意到，青烟洞四级水电站系国有电站，装机量为15000kW，系重庆兴涪电力开发有限公司的下属单位。

青烟洞四级水电站除锈喷漆工程

2020年12月，重庆一企业发布了青烟洞四级站的金属压力管道除锈防腐相关作业图片，显示该电站的引水压力管道为明管，露天铺设在陡峭的山间，管道直径为2米左右，工作人员将管道除锈并喷漆。

2025年5月6日，涪陵区水利局对外公示，青烟洞四级电站申报2025年小型水电站安全生产标准化达标评级为二级，在复评中达标。

有业内人士表示，发电引水压力钢管是水电站的核心部件，负责将水库的高压水高速引至水轮机，是水能转化为电能的高速通道。一旦压力钢管发生爆管，就是高压水流瞬间喷涌，破坏力极强，极易造成群死群伤。
