据悉，该案始于去年OpenAI收购乔尼·艾夫创立的io公司后，iyO以商标相似、易造成市场混淆为由提起诉讼，迫使OpenAI删除相关收购材料。尽管OpenAI后续宣布不使用io品牌，诉讼仍未终止。

根据iyO3月13日提交的新文件，其指控前工程师丹·萨金特下载公司机密文件，转交唐·谭，后者获取了CAD文件、产品原型等核心信息，据称将io产品研发进程加快近十年。文件还详细描述了泄密过程，称泄密行为发生在2024年6月一场晚宴前。

此前双方各执一词，OpenAI曾表示iyO CEO主动透露公司信息并提议出售公司，且io首款产品并非可穿戴设备。目前，法院是否受理修改后的索赔、OpenAI如何回应，仍有待进一步披露。
