对此，涉事酒店在下方回复致歉，称前台员工是为了进行服务回访才尝试添加入住人留下的联系电话所绑定的微信，并承诺“绝对没有也绝不会去添加您家人的微信”。

这并非华住会首次因“回访”引爆隐私争议。今年4月，华住会旗下桔子水晶酒店就曾因一通回访电话闹得沸沸扬扬。一位住客留下差评，称酒店在退房后打来电话索要好评导致其私人行程暴露，最终引发家庭破碎、甚至离婚。当时华住会客服回应称，经核实，酒店确实进行了正常回访，但电话并未接通。
