【环球网科技综合报道】3月29日消息，据Business Insider报道，根据最新公布的法庭文件，在特斯拉 CEO 埃隆·马斯克于 2025 年 2 月主动向 OpenAI提出收购要约之前，曾询问Meta CEO 马克·扎克伯格是否愿意与他一起竞购 OpenAI 的知识产权。

外媒称，这些文件让我们得以一窥马斯克和扎克伯格之间的沟通情况，他们的关系可谓跌宕起伏。

2025年2月，马斯克等投资人提议，以974亿美元竞购OpenAI的非营利性母公司。OpenAI 首席执行官萨姆·奥尔特曼迅速回应了对 X 的收购要约，并表示：“不，谢谢，但如果你们愿意，我们可以以 97.4 亿美元收购 Twitter。”（思瀚）
